We are thrilled to announce that Nikhil Mani, a rising senior at Dwight Morrow High School in Englewood, has been recognized as a 2024 Bank of America Student Leader. Mani is among four students in the state selected for this prestigious program, which provides participants with an opportunity to gain valuable workforce skills through an eight-week paid internship at a local nonprofit organization. Mani will be working with the Boys & Girls Club of Hackensack, earning competitive wages while contributing to his community.

As part of the program, the Student Leaders recently attended a week-long national leadership summit in Washington, D.C. The summit provided an in-depth look at how nonprofits, businesses, and governments collaborate to address local needs. The program empowers students to continue making a difference in their communities long after graduation.
